Sydney, 17 June 2015 – Dutchman Enterprises Pty Ltd has acquired a warehouse facility in one of Smithfield’s sought after industrial estates for $1,225,510.
The 857sqm industrial property, located at 10/19 Chifley Street, features high clearances of approximately 6.5 meters, truck access, ample on-site parking, and close proximity to the Cumberland Highway and the M4 Motorway.
CBRE’s Elijah Shakir negotiated the sale on behalf of vendor Leda Holdings via private treaty.
Mr Shakir said the sale represented a rare opportunity to acquire a well-presented and tightly held industrial site in the highly desirable Smithfield region.
“The Chifley Street site suited the buyer’s geographical requirements, located in a highly desirable western Sydney location with convenient access to major transportation routes.”
“The sale represents another transaction in Leda Holdings’ highly successful strata subdivision, which offers a combination of units within various size ranges, providing suitable warehousing accommodation for a range of occupants,” Mr Shakir said.
