Sydney, 20 June 2016 – Presida Constructions has secured a 1.63 hectare industrial site in the north-western Sydney industrial hub of Mulgrave.
CBRE’s Greg Pike and John Micallef sold the property at 87-91 Railway Road with vacant possession on behal of Endeavour Energy.
The property comprises two adjoining lots totalling 8,031sqm and 8,246sqm, and offering dual street access.
Presida Constructions intends to develop up to 30 strata titled, light industrial units with mezzanine office space on the site.
Mr Micallef said the property’s position in Sydney’s growing north-west was instrumental to the sale.
“This property benefits from a central location Sydney’s north west, which is ideally suited to accommodate Presida Constructions’ business in this region,” Mr Micallef said.
