Sydney, 21 June 2016 – Business expansion has underpinned a new lease for Flower Flow in the Western Sydney suburb of Eastern Creek.
The flower growing specialist has signed a five-year lease on the 1,113sqm property at 78 Peter Brock Drive, which will accommodate Flower Flow’s Asia Pacific headquarters.
Flower Flow’s Rajpal Bains and Christian D’Cruz said the high clearance warehouse would house its floral import clearance and production facilities, aligning its operations with the company’s vertically integrated business model.
CBRE’s John Micallef, John Karlovasitis and Rajal Chaudhary negotiated the lease on behalf of Jowett Family superannuation fund for an annual rental of $125 per square metre.
Mr Micallef said the property’s position in the Eastern Creek commercial centre was pivotal to the deal.
“The property’s central location in Eastern Creek helped secure Flower Flow to the site, with it offering close proximity to distribution centres for the major supermarkets,” Mr Micallef explained.
