Brisbane, 27 June 2013 – CBRE has recruited highly experienced property professional Andrew Page to head its Queensland Asset Services division.
Mr Page will assume his new role as State Director, Asset Services on July 2 taking over from Sheryl Jackson, who has moved into a client focused Senior Director role.
CBRE’s Queensland Senior Managing Director Bruce Baker said Mr Page’s appointment was a coup for the business, given his extremely strong client relationships, broad ranging experience and extensive market knowledge.
“Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in all facets of Property and Asset Management and will bring tremendous skills, knowledge and passion to the role,” Mr Baker said.
“He has held senior Asset Management roles on the client side at AMP Capital and APGF as well as having Property Services experience with Knight Frank and most recently through heading up Chesterton’s Management arm in Queensland.”
CBRE Regional Director, Asset Services, David Fogarty said the appointment would further strengthen the firm’s property management platform at both at a state and national level.
“The Queensland Asset Services business has grown significantly over the past two years and we now hold a position of leadership typified by the quality of clients we partner with and the assets we manage,” Mr Fogarty said.
“Under Andrew’s leadership I am confident that we will continue to grow and enhance our platform and the level of service we provide to our clients.”
