Sydney, 30 June 2015 –Cargo logistics specialist Paul’s Customs & Forwarding Solutions (PCFS) has secured a larger footprint in the sought after South Sydney industrial market after signing a seven-year lease on a Botany facility.
Located at 1 Hale Street, the property comprises a 4,046sqm high clearance warehouse and a 4,154sqm container rated hardstand area. The property also offers multiple roller door access and minimal office space.
CBRE’s Michael Bovill negotiated the deal on behalf of lessor Goodman for an initial rental of $150 per square metre annually net.
Mr Bovill said the property’s scale and position supported PCFS’ growth strategy.
“PCFS has outgrown its current 2,400sqm warehouse in Alexandria, so size and business growth was ultimately the main factor underpinning the lease deal,” Mr Bovill said.
“The 4,154sqm yard adjoining the property offered the tenant a huge business advantage in conjunction with the additional internal area, which will support operational growth.”
Mr Bovill said the property’s close proximity to Sydney ports was also pivotal to the deal.
