Canberra, 30 June 2015 – A desire for larger, more corporate-style accommodation in the ACT has prompted Motorola Solutions to relocate to a newly developed facility at 15 Beaconsfield Street.
Motorola has leased Unit 6 in the development, which comprises 322sqm of office/workshop space.
CBRE’s Patrick Sammon negotiated the five-year lease with the building’s owner, Bruce 8 Consortium. The agreed rental was $250/sqm gross.
“Motorola has been a tenant in Fyshwick for a number of years and was keen to make the move to bigger, more corporate accommodation, in line with its other offices around Australia,” Mr Sammon said.
“In relocating to 15 Beaconsfield Street , they have secured space in a brand new building, joining likeminded tenants such as Schindler and Crimsafe.”
