Sydney, 08 July 2015 – Global data storage and information security company, Imation ANZ Pty Ltd has recently relocated from Kings Park and leased a new facility in North Rocks.
The 1,554sqm property, located at 19-21 Loyalty Road, features minimal office space with flexible fit-out options, on-grade roller doors, high clearance warehousing of up to nine meters, and on-site covered parking.
Raj Chaudhary and Shaun Timbrell of CBRE negotiated the transaction on behalf of Colsten Pty Ltd. The tenant committed to a two-year term on an initial rental of $110 per sqm net.
