Brisbane, 17 July 2015 – CBRE Hotels has been appointed to market the Emerald Star Hotel Motel, which is situated in the Emerald CBD, approximately 270km west of Rockhampton.
The hotel property comprises four freestanding buildings on a large land parcel of approximately 4,083sqm, with dual street frontages to Clermont and Egerton Streets.
The property includes multiple trading areas and revenue sources, including gaming. The site is licensed for 37 Electronic Gaming Machines and currently holds 29 Operating Authorities.

There are also 30 motel rooms contained in the two and three storey accommodation buildings, which are centrally located on the site. Additional features include an on-site drive through bottle shop and warehouse and a two bedroom manager’s residence.
The hotel also operates a Detached Bottle Shop within the nearby Emerald Village Shopping Centre.
