Sydney, 21 July 2015 – Ship classification society Nippon Kaiji Kyokai has relocated its North Sydney operations, after signing a new lease on an Arthur Street office property.
Located at 132 Arthur Street, the 258sqm property offers a modern workplace environment with expansive views of Sydney Harbour.
CBRE’s Stefan Perkowski negotiated the five-year lease on behalf of Centennial Property Group for an annual rental of $560 per square metre gross.
Mr Perkowski commented: “The tenant was attracted to the open plan office environment offered by the property, in addition to its harbour views.
Centennial Property Group, which recently purchased the building, is planning to undertake upgrades on the property over the coming months.
