Sydney, 21 July 2015 – Established Australian law firm, Prudentia Legal has recently acquired a southern CBD office space to accommodate its expansion into the Sydney market.
The 150sqm site, located at Level 4, 59 Goulburn Street, features abundant natural light, district views, ample on-site parking and close proximity to major transport hubs.
The building was extensively refurbished internally and externally in mid-2000 and offers excellent building services including ground floor cafe and onsite facilities management.
CBRE’s Jamie King negotiated the agreement on behalf of Roxy-Pacific. The tenant committed to a four year term on an initial rental of $568 per sqm gross.
Mr King said the tenant was attracted to the site’s strategic position directly opposite the World Square office and retail development.
“This space fit Prudentia Legal’s geographical requirements, located in a highly desirable location with direct access to major transportation routes, retail amenities and in close proximity to its client base within the Sydney CBD.”
