Sydney, 21 July 2015 – Amzen International has subleased 1,076sqm at South Sydney’s premier industrial estate, Harcourt Business Park.
Located at 809 Botany Road, Rosebery, the property comprises a high clearance warehouse with excellent truck access and modern office space including air-conditioning, a kitchenette and full bathroom facilities.
CBRE’s Mark Silva negotiated the five year lease on behalf of sub-lessor the Print Centre. The rental is $160 per square metre net.
Mr Silva said the tenant was eager to secure a presence in South Sydney’s industrial market.
“Harcourt Business Park is located on the corners of Botany Road, Harcourt Parade and Dunning Avenue, providing quick access to the Eastern Distributor, CBD and within walking distance to Mascot station,” Mr Silva said.
