Sydney, 28 July 2015 – Leading Australian vocational education and training provider, Western Institute of Technology (WIT) has leased a new Rydalmere premises to accommodate its expanding Sydney operations.
The 644sqm site, located at 40 Bridge Road, features warehouse and office space, onsite parking and close proximity to the University of Western Sydney, public transportation amenities, popular cafes and restaurants and retail outlets.
CBRE’s Raj Chaudhary negotiated the lease on behalf of John Green Superannuation Pty Ltd. The tenant committed to a one year term on an initial rental of $55,000 per annum + GST.
Mr Chaudhary said the tenant was attracted to the site's positioning in close proximity to major public transportation services, which are essential to support the student population.
“The Rydalmere premises will be headquarters for WIT’s painting, decorating and plastering training, therefore the mix of office and warehouse space was well suited for this purpose.”
