Melbourne, 25 July 2013- CBRE’s Global Corporate Services (GCS) team has strengthened its position in the Melbourne market place, after welcoming two new senior staffers on board.
Ian Campbell has more than 25 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, where he has specialised in providing the best occupancy solutions for both owners and occupiers.
In his new position as Director, Mr Campbell will play an integral role in guiding the GCS Transaction Management team.
CBRE’s Senior Managing Director, GCS, Peter Messenger said the appointment was particularly significant given Mr Campbell’s wide-ranging experience in the Melbourne market.
“Ian’s diverse expertise in the field, coupled with his attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of client needs, has seen him enjoy immense success and provide outstanding results for the customer,” Mr Messenger said.
Also joining the Melbourne GCS team is Cameron Ayre, who will step into the role of Associate Director.
Mr Ayre, who first started his career as a Retail Portfolio Manager with Savills in Queensland, has almost 10 years’ experience in the property market, and has worked with several large multinational organisations looking after their real estate portfolios and project delivery.
Mr Messenger said Mr Ayre brought an impressive and diverse skillset to the GCS team.
“Cameron’s experience providing property solutions to large multinational corporates has equipped him with an invaluable set of skills that will further help CBRE cement itself as an outstanding service provider of commercial real estate services,” Mr Messenger remarked.
“These two appointments are a boon for the GCS team - and one that I am confident will help leverage our abilities and success in the market.”
