Sydney, 30 July 2015 – New 3PL business, TBA Group has leased an industrial facility in Silverwater to accommodate its Western Sydney operations.
The 893sqm property, located at Unit 5 Slough Business Park, features high warehouse clearances, ample parking, multiple access points, on-site café and flexible showroom and office spaces.
Raj Chaudhary, Shaun Timbrell and Michael O’Neill of CBRE negotiated the agreement with lessor Goodman. The tenant committed to a three-year term on an initial rental of $125 per sqm net.
Mr Chaudhary said CBRE were initially approached by TBA Group to locate new premises to suit its businesses logistics operations.
“Slough Business Park appealed to the tenant as it was able to deliver a site which met all the businesses objectives, including high clearance warehousing, offices and showroom space, in an ideal location.”
”The sites prime positioning in close proximity to the M4 Motorway, Victoria Road and Newington Shopping Village was ideally suited to TBA Group’s needs,” Mr Chaudhary said.
