Gold Coast, 13 August 2015 – CBRE has promoted highly experienced property professional Julie Magennis to lead its Gold Coast property management team.
Ms Magennis had led CBRE’s Brisbane property management team for the past four years and was this year named the REIQ Commercial Property Manager of the Year.
In her new role, Ms Magennis will work closely with CBRE’s Gold Coast Managing Director, Jonathan O’Brien, to drive the continued growth and success of the firm’s Asset Services (property management) division.
