Melbourne, 18 August 2015 – An environmental consultant and service provider has signed a two-year lease on a 781sqm industrial property in Keysborough’s Key Estate.
Located at 14 Arctic Court, the property comprises a 231sqm two storey office and a clear span warehouse totaling 550sqm.
CBRE’s James Jorgensen and Bryce Pane negotiated the lease on behalf of lessor, Dazza Property Pty Ltd. The annual rental is $71,010 net.
Mr Jorgensen said the property’s location in the prestigious Key Estate was a key factor underpinning the deal.
“The tenant was drawn to the property’s central position in this sought-after precinct, which is just moments from the Greens Road diamond interchange onto EastLink,” Mr Jorgensen said.
“Additionally, the Key Estate’s wide roads allow fantastic truck access for taut liner and container deliveries alike.”
