Melbourne, 11 September 2015 – Residential building specialist Constructing Spaces has secured a presence in Burwood’s tightly held industrial pocket for $1.13 million
Constructing Spaces purchased the 413sqm warehouse facility at 8 Tudor Street from a private developer, with plans to use the premises as its new headquarters.
The property, which is located just off Highbury Road, features clearances of 8.5 metres, full height container roller door, amenities on both levels and an air conditioned corporate office. The property is also on its own title which is extremely rare for a new office/warehouse of this size.
CBRE’s Bryce Pane, who negotiated the deal in conjunction with fellow agent James Jorgensen, said location was pivotal to the deal.
“The property’s central position in this tightly held industrial precinct was a major drawcard for the purchaser, who is quickly developing a presence in Melbourne’s east,” Mr Pane explained.
