Melbourne, 17 September 2015 – Fashion wholesaler, KCX Corporation has secured an office space in Richmond to benefit from the vast amenity offerings in the area.
The 300sqm site, located at 587 Church Street, features partial fitout, on-site parking, frontage to Church Street, and desirable location only 4kms from the CBD and within close proximity of the SE Arterial, Chapel Street retail strip, and Richmond East Train Station.
CBRE’s Gianni MacDonald negotiated the agreement on behalf of AusGroup Property. The tenant committed to a three year term.
Mr MacDonald said the tenant was attracted to the Richmond area due to the vibrant atmosphere, vast retail and restaurant amenities and proximity to public transport.
“The office offered a range of features suited to the tenant’s business operations and is ideally located in a highly desirable central location, with major transportation routes providing easy access to and from the CBD.”
