Melbourne, 19 September 2015 – After nearly 23 years at Caribbean Business Park, NSK Australia has leased a Dandenong South site to serve as its new Australian headquarters.
The building, of approximately 3,600sqm, located at 100 Logis Boulevard, will be part of Victoria’s first integrated eco-industrial business park – The Logis Estate. The business park was designed by award-winning architects PLUS and is setting a new benchmark for quality and sustainability in Australian industrial developments.
The site was completed in June 2015.
CBRE’s James Jorgensen negotiated the lease on behalf of private developer LT Holdings. The tenant committed to a seven year term, with option for five year extension, at a competitive rate.
Mr Jorgensen said NSK Australia decided to move from their long-standing headquarters in order to best position the business to serve the fast changing industrial marketplace.
“LOGIS is a unique master planned development that offers the very best in innovation, sustainability and urban design, combined with first class amenities.”
“Dandenong South’s substantial urban renewal in recent years and its location just 30 km south-east of the Melbourne CBD makes it a desirable location for industrial businesses,” Mr Jorgensen said.
