Melbourne, 24 October 2014 – CBRE last night secured three awards, including the prestigious Commercial Agency of the Year title, at the 2014 REIV Awards for Excellence.
The REIV awards recognise outstanding achievements and innovation in all fields of real estate practice.
It is the second year running that CBRE has been named the REIV Commercial Agency of the Year. In addition to the Agency award, CBRE Associate Director, Michael Cooper, was recognised as the Commercial Property Manager of the Year while CBRE Negotiator Paul Tzamalis received the inaugural Outstanding Young Agent of the Year award.
CBRE Senior Managing Director, Victoria, Cameron Grier attributed the firm’s long running success at the REIV awards to the outstanding efforts of all staff across the Victorian business.
“We are particularly proud of the fact that since first entering these awards six years ago, we have secured the Commercial Agency title four times and the Commercial Property Manager title five times. This is testament to our commitment to delivering outstanding service and results for clients,” Mr Grier said.
CBRE was also a finalist in a range of other categories, including the Innovation Award, for the firm’s relocation to an ABW working environment at 8 Exhibition Street.
