Perth, 27 October 2015 – Australian developer Frasers Property has inked a new lease deal in West Perth to accommodate its Western Australian headquarters.
Formerly Australand, Frasers Property has signed an eight-year lease on the 1,236sqm office located on the second level of 1 Havelock Street.
CBRE Office Services Director Luke Bray, who negotiated the deal on behalf of lessor Ascot Capital, said the quality offering of the property was a key factor underpinning the deal.
“Frasers Property was attracted to the quality refurbished space on offer, the high car bay allocation and the prime West Perth location which is walking distance to the CBD,” Mr Bray said.
“1 Havelock Street has recently undergone a number of upgrades, with the building boasting new end of trip facilities and refurbishment to the ground floor lobby and level two office space.”
Frasers Property relocated from West Leederville.
