Located at 28A Chifley Street, the 1,915 sqm property features a mix of office and warehouse accommodations, high clearances of approximately 10 metres, expansive awnings allowing for all weather loading and onsite parking.
Elijah Shakir and John Micallef of CBRE were engaged to sub-lease the property by A & J Packaging. The tenant committed to a five-year term on a rental of $127.50/ per sqm gross plus GST.
Mr Shakir said the complex fit the tenant’s geographical requirements, just 30km west of the Sydney CBD, and in close proximity to the Cumberland Highway and M4 and M7 Motorways.
