Sydney, 26 November 2014 – A warehouse facility at Wetherill Park has been sold to a private buyer for $3.06 million.
The property, located at 16 David Road, comprises a secondary warehouse and office facility. The clear span warehouse provides an internal clearance up to 6.5m and the construction consists of metal clad walls with a metal deck roof. The site also has office accommodation, located over two levels and is carpeted/air conditioned throughout.
CBRE’s Elijah Shakir and Greg Pike negotiated the sale on behalf of the vendor, Thomson Constructions.
The transaction was negotiated off market, with the end purchaser being a local owner occupier.
Mr Shakir said; “There continues to be a great depth of owner occupiers who are seeking off market opportunities to purchase.”
