Perth-based auditing business, Audit Australia, has secured a new office in Perth’s premier business district.
Audit Australia has signed a long-term lease over a 289sqm space on the eighth floor of 251 St Georges Terrace.
Situated at the intersection of St Georges Terrace, Milligan Street and Mount Streets, in the ‘west-end’ of the Perth CBD, the Primewest-owned tower comprises eight upper levels of office accommodation. The building, which is located opposite Woodside’s new office tower, underwent significant upgrades in 2016, including a refurbished ground floor lobby.
CBRE’s Andrew Denny negotiated the lease on behalf of Primewest. The asking annual rental for the building is $450 per square metre net.
“This transaction is further evidence of the ongoing migration from tenants relocating from the eastern CBD/fringe areas to the CBD core,” Mr Denny said.
“The building’s recent refurbishment and good natural light were key factors attracting the tenant to the property, in addition to its premium location in Perth’s main business district.”
