Austar Capital is the latest business to take a lease over office space on O’Connell Street in the Sydney CBD.
CBRE’s Ben Cohen negotiated the lease of Suite 902, 6-10 O’Connell Street on behalf of IOF Custodian Pty (Investa), securing a five-year term at a rate of $970 per sqm. The office suite totals approximately 200 sqm in size.
The B grade commercial building recently upgraded its ground floor lobby and welcomed popular food and beverage operators Hubert and Balcon by Tapavino.
Mr Cohen said: “Austar Capital was drawn to the building due to its location in the city core and Sydney’s traditional financial district. The suite provided some pre-existing fit out, which was also highly appealing.”
