Australia's largest kebab meat supplier cashes out of Campbellfield
| 26 August 2019
Australia’s largest kebab meat supplier TEK Foods has sold a 1,500sqm food processing facility in Melbourne’s north for in excess of $2.5m.
CBRE’s Amanda Traficante negotiated the sale of the 56 Lara Way, Campbellfield property to a private investor, who intends to lease the site to a contract food manufacturer
The facility occupies a large site area of 2,415sqm. It features in-floor drainage, a large freezer, five cool rooms and multiple processing areas
“The property’s extensive improvements and immediate availability was a major drawcard for the purchaser, given the limited availability of food-grade properties,” Ms Traficante said.
