Industrial and commercial cleaning specialist BIC Services has leased an office premises at 197 St Georges Terrace to accommodate its expanding Perth operations.
With an established business on the East Coast, BIC Services relocated from Liberty serviced offices in the CBD to its new Perth headquarters – an 80sqm office located on the sixth floor of the 28-storey building at 197 St Georges Terrace.
CBRE’s Lachlan Lewis negotiated the two-year lease deal on behalf of lessor GDI for an initial annual rental of $595 per square metre (net).
Mr Lewis said 197 St Georges Terrace was widely recognised as one of Perth’s best A-grade buildings.
“Tenancies available include a mix of top of the range brand new fitouts, existing high-quality fitouts and fully refurbished floors. The building offers sweeping views over the Swan River and Kings Park from the upper floors, as well as brand new, high-quality end-of-trip facilities, which were completed in November 2019.”
Mr Lewis went on to say to the deal highlighted growing confidence in Perth’s economy.
“BIC Services had enough confidence in its Perth business to move from serviced offices to a permanent fixture with existing fitout in a landmark building,” he explained.
