Australia's largest online electrical wholesaler, Tradezone has selected a Goodman Group-owned site for its first distribution facility in New South Wales.
Tradezone has moved into Tenancy B, 8 Oatley Close within Blacktown’s Huntingwood East Distribution Centre.
A modern, 10,196sqm warehouse with office space now accompanies Tradezone’s primary site on the Gold Coast and distribution bases in Melbourne and Adelaide.
Huntingwood East Distribution Centre offers excellent transport links, with the M4 Motorway and Great Western Highway directly adjacent.
CBRE’s John Micallef, Moshe Greengarten and Cam Grier secured the tenancy on behalf of Goodman Group.
“There were very few options available to Tradezone in its required size range, as a result of the record low vacancy rates in Sydney,” Mr Micallef said.
“Tradezone ultimately identified Huntingwood as its ideal location due to its proximity to major arterial routes, along with western Sydney’s future growth centres and major infrastructure projects.”
