IT service management provider, Kinetic IT has leased new office space in the heart of the Perth CBD.
Located at 66 George Street Terrace, the Investa owned building has recently undergone a significant refurbishment, which included lift upgrades, with a new Destination Control System, fully refurbished ground floor lobby and extensive end of trip facilities.
In a deal negotiated by Andrew Denny of CBRE, Kinetic IT has committed to a 650sqm space on the building’s fourth floor. The lease has an initial face rental of $560 per sqm per annum.
Mr Denny said the recent ground floor lobby refurbishment, which transformed the building’s aesthetic from a heavy 1980s granite feel to a modern light wood style, was a key factor in upgrading the building’s image.
“The tenancy was ideally suited to Kinetic IT’s business operations, with the existing fitout almost exactly meeting their needs.”
