Busselton's newest large format development set to commence
| 27 March 2018
Local developer and investor has secured the former Home Timber and Hardware store in Busselton via private treaty for $4,950,000.
Located opposite the Busselton Powerhouse, which includes a new ALDI Supermarket & Kmart (still under construction and due to open mid 2018) within the Busselton commercial precinct, the campaign achieved approximately 30 enquiries.
“Most enquiries were from people looking at large format retail or retail conversion - highlighting this as a key area of investment,” Mr Cash said.
The building offers 2,950sqm of built form on a 9,119sqm footprint. The purchaser intends to lodge development plans for a new large format retail development. CBRE is the appointed leasing agent.
