A private investor has paid $227,000 to secure a “man cave” in Dandenong.
Two parties battled it out for the 5-7 Paul Court unit, which was marketed as an ideal personal garage/ workshop.
The property was on the market for just five weeks, before CBRE’s Travis Brockman secured the deal with a private purchaser from Brighton.
“Over the 5 weeks there was huge enquiry based on the price point, the property’s presentation and quality of the strata estate in which the asset is positioned,’ Mr Brockman said.
The property - Unit 14 in the Paul Court estate - has a gross lettable area of 131sqm.
