CBRE was celebrated for its contributions to the Western Australian property industry, securing three prestigious awards at the 2020 REIWA Awards for Excellence.
CBRE’s management of the Cbus Property-owned 140 William Street office and retail precinct in Perth’s CBD secured the Innovation Award in recognition of its environmental efforts in 2019.
CBRE’s Property Management team, on behalf of Cbus Property, developed a campaign at the landmark building to raise environmental awareness among retail tenants and the broader community. The program included a series of free sustainability workshops, promoted through PR and social media partnerships with influencers.
CBRE’s Anthony Del Borrello, a Manager with the company’s Western Australian Retail Investments team, was named Commercial Salesperson of the Year. Mr Del Borrello was responsible for close to $250 million worth of commercial property transactions in 2019, representing an 86% market share in his field.
In a third win, CBRE’s Tony Morgan was awarded Property Manager of the Year. Mr Morgan is the General Manager of Westralia Square, responsible for all aspects of the landmark building’s management and delivering top results for clients.
CBRE Senior Managing Director, Lincoln Delahunt, said the accolades were testament to the commitment of the company’s professionals to deliver outstanding results for its clients.
