CBRE has strengthened its presence in the ACT with the appointment of Nic Purdue as its new Director, Capital Markets.
Mr Purdue joins CBRE from Savills, where he was the Canberra Director of Commercial Sales.
His professional career spans nearly two decades, commencing with Canberra agency Luton Properties, before roles with JLL, Knight Frank and Savills.
“Nic will be a fabulous addition to the team given his significant experience in the institutional investment market, both locally and in Sydney,” CBRE ACT Managing Director Zoe Ferrari said.
“Nic is highly regarded by his clients and colleagues in the industry and we are excited to welcome him to the CBRE team.

Mr Purdue will commence his new role with CBRE on January 20, 2020.
