CBRE has bolstered its Victorian Industrial & Logistics team with the appointment of property professionals, Daniel Eramo and Jake George.
Mr Eramo joins CBRE’s Advisory & Transactions – Industrial & Logistics team in the position of Senior Negotiator, where he will specialise in Melbourne’s northern market.
Mr Eramo, who has four years’ experience in the commercial property sector, will help strengthen CBRE’s presence in Melbourne’s northern suburbs, assisting clients with their property needs from an occupier, landlord and investor perspective.
CBRE has also welcomed Jake George to the team in the position of Negotiator, specialising in Melbourne’s city fringe.
As an experienced property professional, Mr George will further broaden CBRE’s geographic reach across Melbourne’s major industrial precincts.
CBRE’s Dean Hunt said the two appointments would further enhance and grow the firm’s industrial & logistics platform in Melbourne.
“We remain focused on employing the top talent in the property industry to ensure a premium level of service to our clients,” Mr Hunt said.
“The depth of experience and strong relationships that both Daniel and Jake possess will bring significant benefits to the team and ensure we are positioned for continued growth, as well as representing clients the best way possible.”ABOUT CBRE GROUP, INC.
