CBRE has further expanded its Canberra team after finalising three new hires across its sales and valuation business lines.
Adrian Woolgar has joined as an Associate Director in the Metropolitan Investments team while Joseph Rennie and Vi Vian Koh have joined the commercial arm of CBRE’s Valuation & Advisory services business – Mr Rennie as an Associate Director and Ms Koh as a Valuations Assistant.
CBRE’s ACT Managing Director Michael Heather said all three recruits had property related degrees – highlighting CBRE’s emphasis on securing top talent with strong industry expertise and qualifications.
“The additions of Adrian, Joseph and Vi Vian are a great testament to the CBRE brand and the direction our business is heading – aligning with our strategy of retaining and attracting the best talent in the industry,” Mr Heather said.
Mr Woolgar has joined CBRE after two years at JLL, where he steered the commercial leasing requirements of high profile government clients.
From 2013 to 2016, Mr Woolgar also undertook his Bachelor of Property Economics at Western Sydney University and was a Dean’s Medal recipient after finishing in the top 2% of his cohort.
Mr Rennie brings over 10 years’ commercial property experience in valuation, advisory services and lease management. He has held senior valuer positions in Canberra with both JLL and Knight Frank and has worked with numerous lending institutions, private owners and developers, government departments, universities and not-for-profit organisations.
Ms Kho recently graduated with distinction from the Master of Property course at RMIT University. She brings three years’ experience in retail development and consulting, including managing leases and conducting feasibility analyses.
