CBRE has further expanded its South Australian Property Management team with the appointment of highly experienced property professional Alice Tarasenko.
Ms Tarasenko has more than 12 years property management experience. She is returning to CBRE after several years with Colliers International to manage a mixed portfolio, with a primary focus on commercial assets.
CBRE Senior Director, Michael Hall, said CBRE was continuing to increase its Adelaide property management team in line following recent management assignments such as 250 Victoria Square (SA Water House).
“Alice joins CBRE’s South Australian management team at an exciting time of growth within our managed portfolio as we continue to strengthen our platform in order to provide the highest level of service to our clients,” Mr Hall said.
