CBRE has appointed property professional Nelma Arancibia to lead its new Industrial & Logistics Project Management service in the Pacific region.
Based in New South Wales, Ms Arancibia will develop and grow CBRE’s Industrial & Logistics Project Management offering, working alongside the firm’s Advisory & Transaction Services teams, which include the recently launched Supply Chain Services practice.
Ms Arancibia, who joins CBRE as an Associate Director, has extensive experience in the industrial and logistics market, given her previous experience working for Goodman, and most recently, Charter Hall.
CBRE Senior Managing Director for Advisory & Transaction Services, Matt Haddon, said the appointment highlighted the company’s commitment to providing a fully integrated Industrial & Logistics service offering.
“Nelma’s appointment to lead our Industrial & Logistics Project Management service represents the final link in establishing an end-to-end service platform for our clients – from project conception to design and site selection, through to the transaction process and delivery of the finished product,” Mr Haddon explained.
“Strengthening the partnership between our Project Management and Industrial & Logistics business lines will provide real advantage for our clients and we see considerable business growth potential as a result of this enhanced collaboration.”
