CBRE has been named Industrial Agency of the Year for the sixth consecutive year at the annual DEXUS Property Group Excellence in Agency Awards.
Nathan Egan from CBRE’s South Sydney office meanwhile received the prestigious 2016 Industrial Agent of the Year award, while Greg Pike from CBRE’s Western Sydney office was shortlisted in two categories - Industrial Agent of the Year and Transaction of the Year.
Now in its 23rd year, the annual Excellence in Agency awards recognise the outstanding achievements of the real estate community.
Award recipients are recognised for specific leasing transactions or acquisitions that were successfully concluded on behalf of DEXUS over the 2016 financial year.
CBRE Western Sydney was named the 2016 Industrial Agency of the Year Award for its achievements in a number of significant lease deals in Sydney’s west, having leased more than 55,000sqm over multiple transactions.
“Securing the coveted Industrial Agency of the Year award for the sixth year running is testament to the outstanding performance of CBRE Western Sydney,” CBRE President & CEO, Australia & New Zealand, Ray Pittman said.
