CBRE has appointed David Tucker to lead its Queensland Property Management business.
Mr Tucker will relocate from Melbourne – where he has been working as Facilities Management Director for CBRE’s Victorian business – to take on the new role as Senior Director for Property Management.
Bruce Baker, Executive Managing Director – CBRE Queensland, said that Mr Tucker had established a proven track record for business development and team building, while embedding a strong, client centric business culture, since joining the firm from Brookfield over two years ago.
“David’s appointment will further enhance our Property Management platform in Queensland and ensure our products and client service offering are best in class,” Mr Baker said.
The appointment follows CBRE Property Management’s promotion of Louise Draper to head its Property Management business in Western Australia, which was announced at the end of last month.
Amanda Steele, Executive Managing Director – CBRE Property Management, commented; “As CBRE Pacific continues to invest in digital tools and innovations, and growth in our Property Management business continues to climb, we have been able to retain and recruit the best industry leaders.”
