CBRE has announced the appointment of Peter Chapple and Jack Morrison to its Capital Markets Office business in Brisbane.
With 15 years’ experience in the real estate industry, Mr Chapple joins CBRE as Senior Director, Capital Markets – Office, having previously held the position of State Director for Capital Transactions at Savills.
Since establishing his career in capital transactions in 2008, Mr Chapple has transacted over $2 billion of commercial real estate assets on behalf of a variety of major institutional, high net worth and offshore owners.
Meanwhile, Mr Morrison has been appointed to the role of Associate Director, Middle Markets, also joining from Savills.
Mr Morrison has eleven years’ experience in the commercial real estate industry, most recently as Associate Director for Capital Transactions, Queensland.
