CBRE has enhanced its Asset Services division with the appointment of customer experience specialist Eloise King, to support the rollout of its customised workplace app, CBRE 360.
Ms King, a community building expert with more than 20 years’ career experience, joins the growing CBRE 360 team as Customer Experience Manager, where she will be responsible for driving customer experience and enhancing community across the company’s Asset Services office portfolio.
She will be instrumental in the continued rollout of CBRE 360, a mobile app focused on delivering enhanced employee experience in the workplace, providing seamless, single-point access to building amenities and services.
The CBRE 360 team, consisting of 14 professionals in Sydney and Melbourne, specialises in identifying current and future needs, and shaping strategy to ensure the delivery of positive experience and communication across the customer journey.
Ms King is a former News Limited journalist, who has written for some of Australia’s largest publications, including body+soul and The Sunday Telegraph. She is also the founder of The Souluversity, an educational organisation offering personal and conscious business development programs, and facilitator of The Self-Love Project, a six-week online wellness program.
CBRE Director of Client Solutions, Suzette Lamont, said Ms King’s appointment would assist with developing and curating customer experience innovation for the firm’s key office landlord clients.
“With diverse experience in creating and activating communities, customer engagement and multi-faceted communication, Eloise brings unique and highly specialised skills that will be instrumental in deepening our focus on customer experience,” Ms Lamont said.
“The appointment of someone with expertise outside of the property industry is reflective of the growing needs of our landlord clients, who are increasingly foscused on activating workplace experience.
Ms Lamont added: “Over the past 18 months, there has been a noticeable shift towards workplace experience in Australia’s office sector, which has significantly transformed the function and responsibility of property management professionals. As demonstrated by Eloise’s appointment, our teams are more diverse and customer focused, aligning with our focus on providing the best customer journey possible.”About CBRE Group, Inc.
