Central West gets the tick for Warehouse & Distribution Solutions

Warehouse & Distribution Solutions has signed a new seven-year lease on an industrial facility in Sydney’s Central West.
Located at 205 Fairfield Road in Yennora, the warehouse property comprises a total building area of 6,829sqm - supporting Warehouse & Distribution Solutions’ growth requirements.
The building features 11.5 metre clearances, four on grade roller shutter doors, two sunken loading docks and a fully sprinklered warehouse.
The property offers separate street access for both commercial and passenger vehicles, with truck access providing a covered cantilevered awning – ideal for loading and unloading in wet weather.
CBRE’s Elijah Shakir, Shaun Timbrell and Michael O’Neill negotiated the lease deal at a rental of $110 per square metre net with minimal incentive.
Mr Shakir said the property’s Central West location underpinned the deal.
“The the tenant upsized from Sydney's Central West precinct of Auburn to facilitate its requirement for growth. The final lease in the building was the catalyst for the asset to secure 100% occupancy,” Mr Shakir said.
