Chemical and automotive company Marchem has purchased a warehouse property in the industrial suburb of Tottenham for $2,400,000.
CBRE’s Tom Murphy and Ricardo Cappelletti negotiated the sale in conjunction with Nick Ott and Kellie Grant of Greg Hocking.
The 5-7 Alick Road property comprises a 2,210sqm warehouse with multiple roller door access points situated on a 3,214sqm land parcel.
“This property offers occupiers a large power supply, generous yard and drive through capability on a corner site –attributes that are often sought but rarely found,” Mr Murphy said.
Mr Cappelletti commented; “The expressions of interest campaign attracted a high level of interest, with five groups ultimately submitting offers at the close of the campaign.”
