CBRE’s Matthew Alessi, Brendan Wein and Fabio Screpis were exclusively appointed to negotiate the lease, securing a three-year term at $140 per square metre (net) + GST, with a three-year option.
Mr Alessi commented; “We identified an opportunity to connect a landlord – whose property had been on the market with another agent for over three months, with no result – with a tenant who was looking for surplus storage.”
