A supplier of concrete and steel to the building industry, Meshcrete will relocate to a new, 2,460sqm base in St Marys in Sydney’s west.
The family-run business will shift from Lidcombe to 1/107 Dunheved Circuit in St Marys for a net rent of $120/sqm plus GST.
It has signed a three-year lease, with an option for a further five years, for the facility in the heart of the St Marys industrial precinct.
The high-clearance warehouse features a pair of cranes, air-conditioned office and showroom areas and dual electric roller doors with awnings.
Just off Forrester Road, it offers easy access to the Great Western Highway, M4 and M7.
CBRE’s Janet Joljian, Matthew Alessi and Brendan Wein secured the lease on behalf of the private vendor, with Robert Tappouras from PRD Commercial.
“This well-equipped, well-located site in St Marys was a good fit for Meshcrete, as it grows its business,” Ms Joljian said.
