Concrete formwork manufacturer Consystex has inked a new lease on an office/warehouse facility in Melbourne’s western industrial hub of Laverton North.
CBRE’s Tom Murphy and Ricardo Cappelletti negotiated the lease for the 2-6 William Angliss Drive site at a rental rate of $325,000 per annum plus GST & outgoings.
Mr Murphy said the tenant was drawn to the 4210sqm property based on several key features including B-double access, high internal clearance and twin loading canopies.
“Importantly for Consystex, the site’s Industrial 2 Zoning allows the required level of flexibility,” Mr Murphy commented.
“This lease continues a string of recent CBRE deals in William Angliss Drive, where the team recently leased 4,000sqm at number 107 and managed the sale of number 92 for circa $5 million, reflecting the high level of interest in this location.”
