Crane seals the deal as Campbellfield property changes hands for $2.71m
| 28 August 2019
A Campbellfield office/warehouse in Melbourne’s north has been sold to a local owner occupier for $2.71m.
CBRE’s Amanda Traficante and Daniel De Sanctis negotiated the sale of the 43 Jesica Road property, which has a gross lettable area of 2,280sqm and comprises a large site of 4,900sqm
The property offers an overhead crane of 6.2tonne, high power capacity of up to 1000amps, a large rear hardstand and good access to the Hume Highway.
“The purchaser has been located within 100 metres of this facility for over 10 years and has looked for expansion opportunities with a crane for some time, which made this an ideal acquisition opportunity,” Ms Traficante said.
