Printing specialist Currie Group will relocate within Macquarie Park to a new headquarters in the Rydecorp industrial estate.
The firm, which supplies and services printing equipment for the graphic arts sector, has signed a four-year lease for Unit 14 at 2 Eden Park Drive.
It moves into the 473sqm unit – split between office and high-clearance warehouse space with container access – for a net rent of $285/sqm.
The recently-furbished Rydecorp complex is within 200m of the Macquarie Park Metro station, and offers easy access to Epping and Lane Cove Roads and the M2 Motorway.
CBRE’s Ben Byford and Peter Mangraviti secured the lease on behalf of the owner of the development, Australian Unity.
“Currie Group was drawn to the property as it provided the scope to relocate to a more functional site in Macquarie Park and save on rent,” Mr Byford said.
