Mr Fitt said the property’s large hardstand component was pivotal to the deal.
“CBRE has worked with Access Service Australia over the past few years as they worked towards their lease expiry and the need for a larger premises,” Mr Fitt said.
“When this Healey Road property become available, offering an extensive hardstand area, it was clear this site would suit their future direction. Access Service Australia is excited about the opportunities a more tailored facility will offer moving forward.”
