Popular fast food retailer KFC has found a new berth at The Forum complex in St Leonards.
CBRE's Amy Pfeiffer negotiated the lease over Shop 6P04 at the 201 Pacific Highway complex on behalf of owner Centuria Property Fund.
The 86sqm store has been leased for an initial term of five years.
The Forum offers prime food court style retail servicing local residents, office workers, commuters and nearby hospital staff and visitors.
“Being positioned in between McDonald’s and Oporto and in close proximity to trains, buses, residents and the commercial core of St Leonards, the site ticked all the boxes for KFC,” Ms Pfeiffer said.
